Ordering

An order will only be deemed as accepted once we confirm that the customer’s requirements can be met to their satisfaction. If it is not possible to recreate a design to the exact specification, an alternative will be suggested - upon acceptance the order be considered as live.

Once garments have been manufactured or decorated to customer’s order specifications, the goods cannot be exchanged or altered.

The reproduction of the designs, logos or artwork by Stashco is only carried out on the condition, and it is assumed that, you either own or have full authority and permission to reproduce the item from the holder of the relevant Copyright or Trademark.

Unless invoiced any origination created through the supply of artwork shall remain the property of Stashco.

As goods are made to order normal delivery guidelines are 10 days from artwork approval. However, made to order garments such as rugby shirts, tracksuits, hockey/netball kits etc, may take up to 6weeks to produce, this is a standard delivery time within our industry. On bespoke made to order items, delivery dates will be confirmed upon receipt of order.
