Returned Goods

All sales are final. We do not trade on a sale or return basis.

Printed or embroidered goods will not be accepted back for returns under any circumstances.

Genuinely faulty items will be replaced or a credit note issued. We reserve the right to send any faulty item(s) for independent extensive laboratory testing, the results of which will give a full report as to whether any garment had original defects, or being faulty due to customer negligence(for example, washing instructions not being followed correctly). The above do not affect your statutory rights.

Goods cannot be returned after 14 days from date of receipt

The customer is liable for return postage; we will not refund any carriage charges.
